1973: The present stone memorial was built by Delhi Civic Assoc.
1989: Bricks with names of the Killed Action from Delhi were laid.
This was spearheaded by Trustee Carol Espelage who also began
the Memorial Day ceremony.
2007: New Veterans Memorial Park and Wall of Honor Monument

History of the Memorial
WALL 6

The DTVA has bought the additional wall: Wall 6 from
Schott Monument
It will be a duplicate of the original five walls.
It will dedicated during the Veterans Day Ceremony in
November.
The foundation will be bought from Jeffrey Allen
.
Wall 6 will house 424 names.
Total cost of the project: over $14,000
A gift from the Delhi Township Veteran Association to
the People of Delhi and to all veterans.
