History of the Memorial
1973: The present stone memorial was built by Delhi Civic Assoc.
1989: Bricks with names of the Killed Action from Delhi were laid.
This was spearheaded by Trustee Carol Espelage who also began
the Memorial Day ceremony.
2007: New Veterans Memorial Park and Wall of Honor Monument
