1973: The present stone memorial was built by Delhi Civic Assoc.
1989: Bricks with names of the Killed Action from Delhi were laid.
This was spearheaded by Trustee Carol Espelage who also began
the Memorial Day ceremony.
2007: New Veterans Memorial Park and Wall of Honor Monument
dedicated.
2008: WWII Anti-Tank Gun added.
2010: Wall 6 and two granite benches flanking KIA Memorial
added.
2011: Granite Bench added
2012: Kill-in-Action Biographical Directory
