Minutes of the Meeting 12/12/06

There was enough for a quorum. Commander Osterfeld, Trustee Haussler and Trustee
Thompson were absent. Meeting of whole is called to order at 7:30pm.
Issues discussed:
• Treasurer’s Report
• Secretary’s Report
• Secretary reported correspondence from Senator Clancy thanking Secretary Lefler’s letter that he had sent to
her about thanking her for her support for the Delhi Veterans Memorial.
• Prospect of getting a $100,000 grant from the state which Senator Clancy affixed to the Capital Appropriation
bill (HB699)
• Discussed the Delhi Christmas Parade and Beechwood Military Display show
• New member were introduced: William Hengstebeck
Motion to adjourn; Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 8:15pm.
Christmas party followed until 10:00pm.
