Journal of the Meetings
The June 12, 2007 meeting of the Delhi Township Veterans Association was called to order by Commander Donald
Osterfeld at 7:30 p.m.
Commander Osterfeld welcomed all present and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
The roll call of the officers was held and a quorum was established.
There were 20 members and guests present.
A motion for the minutes from the May 8, 2007 meeting to disperse with the reading and entered as approved.
Motion was 2nd and passed.
There was 1 bill that was announced as passed by the Board. Resolution 2007-11: Secretary Account Review
Authority.
The treasurer’s report was read, approved and filed for audit.
The secretary’s report was read, approved and filed for audit.
Issues at Meeting:
a. There was no old business.
b. An election was held for the positions of Secretary, Treasurer, Trustee-3, Trustee-4. Jeff Lefler, Bob Burke, Katie
Chisholm and Jerry Morris were elected respectfully to those positions.
Motion was made and passed to adjourn. Meeting closed at 9:30
