Journal of the Meetings
The May 8, 2007 meeting of the Delhi Township Veterans Association was called to order by Commander Donald
Osterfeld at 7:30 p.m.
Commander Osterfeld welcomed all present and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
The roll call of the officers was held and a quorum was established.
There were 23 members and guests present.
A motion for the minutes from the April 10, 2007 meeting to disperse with the reading and entered as approved.
Motion was 2nd and passed.
There were no bills that were announced as passed by the Board.
The treasurer’s report was read, approved and filed for audit.
The secretary’s report was read, approved and filed for audit.
Several issues were brought before the association for discussion.
a. Joe Jones who is heading up a reach out to the troops was our guest speaker. We will be collaborating with Joe
Jones on this project. We will be having a fund raiser at Saint Dominic’s on 6/10/07 for that purpose. More details to
follow.
b. There was no old business.
Motion was made and passed to adjourn. Meeting closed at 9:30
