Minutes of the Meeting 9/12/06

There was enough for a quorum. Treasurer Bob Burke was absent. First meeting of whole is called to order.
Issues discussed:
Commander greeted the members and discussed the history to them and the status of the monument
Commander gave the financial report of the association.
Vice Commander gave the report on a new logo for the association and that we have enlisted the Delhi
schools to come up with a logo with the winner getting a prize.
Held an election for the vacancies of Trustee-3 and Trustee-4. Darryl (DJ) Haussler and James Thompson
won respectfully.
