If you or someone you know was in the military and lived in Delhi you may be qualify to be entered on the Memorial Wall
of Honor and the website.

1. Resident of Delhi for 12 continuous months with 2 exceptions: a. killed in action, b. is still on active duty
2. Proof of honorable discharge from any branch of the armed services. (DD214 separation papers, discharge
certificate, or any other armed forces recognized papers.)
3. Anyone who served on active duty in any branch of the armed services before 1980. After 1980 you must have
served on active duty, or been in combat zone for at least 30 days or less than 30 days if the action was over. National
Guard or Reserve time counts, only if you were called to active duty for 12 continuous months or in a combat zone for
30 days or less if the action was over or killed in action.
Other special events that might have happened to you will be considered.
