Any resident or former resident of Delhi Township, Ohio can have their name honored on the Wall of Honor Monument if they were honorably served in the United States Military.
There are two qualifications to meet: 1) a resident of Delhi anytime during their lifetime, 2) Had been an active duty by meeting ONE of the four qualifications. see form for qualifications
